As part of our unit, students designed an earthquake resistant structure made with selected materials given out in class.
They designed a pre and post-structure product.
They highly enjoyed this project!

Holiday Celebration & Cheer!!!
Holiday Celebration @ Sonora Elementary!!
I want to say, "thank you" to each parent/family member who helped create a wonderful holiday celebration for our class! The room was decorated so beautifully and it was very well planned! Our class enjoyed the opportunity to select from a variety of different pizzas and treats! They also had a fabulous time playing Christmas BINGO and decorating sugar cookies for their family!
We hope you had a wonderful time with your family over the holiday break!!

THE SCOTT FAMILY AMAZEUM!!!
A huge "thank you" to each parent/volunteer who helped chaperone! The students were able to take the time they needed to self-discover and investigate the attractions on their own time. We also helped each student stay safe by having them travel the museum in smaller groups. Each student had a wonderful and educational experience because of you!
